Q. Some of our computers are Windows, others are Apples, will JLiveHelp work for us ?
A. Yes, absolutely. JLiveHelp is written in Java so that means that not only will the same application work on Windows, Apple and Linux computers, they will look and work the same.
Q. The customer service rep lets me configure a COMPANY NAME, a DEPARTMENT and a PRODUCT. We are just a small company, what do I do if I just want everyone to support everything ?
A. Set the company name (e.g. in our case DWG Software) and leave department set to all and product set to all. This will direct any live help requests to any customer service rep logged in to support a DWG Software request.
