  • The "customer service rep desktop" application runs as a normal program on Windows, Apple OR Linux. Minimize/iconize it and it will restore/de-iconify itself when a new customer requests help or an existing customer session sends a new message.


  • Each little window you see inside the blue window is an individual customer live help session.


  • The two gray icons you see at the bottom of the blue window are chat sessions that the customer service rep has chosen to minimize/iconize inside the customer service rep desktop.
